Creed

We four of the Awakened Society seek here to declare ourselves united under a single great purpose. Here we take the mantle of Torches, and as Torches we seek to illuminate the darkness with the light of truth, and bring justice upon the great Lies of the Exarchs and the lesser lies that empower them. We also seek to lead our brothers and sisters of the Consilium to question those lies that they tell themselves and each other.

We Torches, as vessels of the light of the Supernal, recognize that we are bearers of the greatest truths of all, and realize our responsibility to empower others to seek the truths within themselves and not to belittle their spirit, and thus strengthen the Lie.

We will work to have fortune favor the truth-bringers, and let doom befall those agents of the Lies that keep the masses from stirring in their sleep. We recognize that the Torches that lead us and light our way in darkness may also frighten those that remain ignorant of its mysteries, and if not tended with care, will burn the unwary. In recognition of this we acknowledge the awesome responsibility of keeping that fire within ourselves, if bringing it outside our hearts will create an inferno beyond our own ability to control.

Towards these ends we come together from our varied and scattered lives to create a single unified whole greater than we could create as many. We work to cultivate our fires with the fuel of our mutual understanding. We declare this to the farthest reaches of the Fallen Realm and the Supernal above, and may carry its will to greatness in our efforts.

Directed Protocols

We choose to respect these Great Rights foremost:

In keeping with the recommended psychics, recommended psychics we require that those not of our cabal keep to the path that we make for them, and declare that we are not to be held accountable if danger should befall them while not keeping to the path. We demand that Willworkers do not make magick with hostile intent or effect.

We respect that our cabal mates bring unique talents into our house, and holding with the Right of Emeritus we choose to defer to whomever has the greatest understanding in the subject at hand.

If any Willworker of respectable standing should require our shelter in times of turmoil, we will provide comfort, succor, and Hospitality until that member of the Awakened community is capable of going their way, as long as they hold to the tenants of Sanctuary, and respect any rules we levie upon them at the time of their and thereafter, as long as they are within the confines of our House.

We respect our Sanctum as our Sanctuary, and in doing so we expect that others respect it as long as they remain our guests.

In holding to the creed of our cabal, we cannot support the Right of Nemesis, for we must determine the truth of the matter before we can do the situation its proper justice.

Interdicts

In keeping with our virtue of Truth, we hold that to be deceitful amongst your cabal mates is in violation your creed. In order to facilitate this, respect that any words shared amongst the cabal are to held in the highest confidence, surpassing any other bond you share.

If an outside bond requests an action that could be held in violation our creed, it should be expected to gain the approval of your cabal before its undertaking, by a simple majority.

We uphold that to work magic upon sleepers or the Awakened in selfish and hubristic effects, in violation of our creed, and does damage to our goals of our interests.

Should any member of our cabal violate these interdicts, proper justice shall be done upon them, by the consensus of the other cabal mates.
