Tealeaf is the leader of the Adamantine Arrow and the Obrimos Counsilor. He has a lilting voice, is an adept of Prime and can usually be found in a Buddhist temple, where he serves as a spiritual advisor.

Tealeaf left the Consilium when he was killed trying to sacrifice Gall to summon an ancient Seer in Game 16. He was replaced by Exodus.
