Major

The Major is a Seer of the Throne who traveled to Lansing recently to retrieve an artifact. He is now pissed but forced to leave town. Something of a douche bag.

His lair held traps based on force magic, and some space-type wards. It can be guess that he is then an Obrimos or a Mastigos, but no conclusions can be truly reached.

His exile was engineered by the party, but suggested by him. The artifact he attempted to retrieve was instead intercepted by the party. His retainer was apprehended, questioned, and let free so that a path to his master could be found. Finding his lair, the party burst their way into it, and proceeded to parley with him. He suggested that upon receiving the artifact, he would leave. The party had the artifact disenchanted with the help of Chelebi and Tealeaf. Then they bound him to leave town while returning the now useless ring.
