Chelebi is the current Hierarch of the Consilium in Lansing.

She is in her early 30s. As the Acanthus are known to be, she's known as being a bit detached and eccentric, if not nutty, though prophetic and lucky. A pleasant person to be around, she dresses in denim overalls and generally has a flower in her hair. She smells like earth and is generally very chill. She likes to run a laissez-faire Consilium. In a cabal with the Councilor Walker.
